Women’s Retreat in Ireland

  • Limited to 12 participants to ensure quality of instruction and promote community building.

  • Open to all women, femme-identifying, and nonbinary humans.

Visit Kilkenny Castle

With a daily schedule combining mythology, movement, language, and culture, participants will gain a deeper understanding of indigenous Irish traditions while reflecting on their own lives, connecting with their ancestors, and building community with the group. Join us as we kick off our shoes, shed the weight of modern life, and reconnect with the land, our ancestors, and ourselves in this once-in-a-lifetime retreat.

Dia dhuit! Hello! I’m Randall Ulyate, and I will be leading this retreat. I am a Humanities professor and a 500-hour advanced Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor with a PhD in Mythology. I’m offering this trip in partnership with local Indigenous Irish cultural experts at Wild Irish.

I look forward to sharing the beauty and magic of Ireland as we grow together in community and spirit.
