Summer in Salem

23-27 June 2027

Join us for a summertime retreat in Witch City, USA

Retreat Highlights

Hello! I’m Randall Ulyate, and I will be leading our summer retreat to Salem! I am a Humanities professor and a 500-hour advanced Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor with a PhD in Mythology. My research focuses on haunted historic and archaeological sites and the social impact of gender roles. You can find my class, “A Grave Understanding: Interpreting Signs and Symbols of Historic Grave Markers” at the 2026 Salem Folklore & WitchFest.

With a daily schedule combining mythology, movement, history, and witchcraft, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the hysteria behind the witch trials, learn local folklore, and build community with the group. Grab your hat and broom and join us for summertime in Witch City, USA!
