Samhain
Tales & Turnips
26 October 2025
Fiesta Island
Join us for a family-friendly evening in community welcoming the Irish New Year, Samhain. Celebrated in the darkness of autumn, Samhain is the ancestor of our modern-day Halloween. Listen to Irish Halloween folklore and mythology while learning traditional turnip carving--the original Jack-o-Lantern! All proceeds go to our scholarship fund for our upcoming trip to Ireland.
Each ticket includes one turnip, carving supplies, light refreshments, and storytelling. All children must be closely supervised, as we will be using sharp carving tools around a bonfire.
